He's fine. He didn't seem all that bothered by it - too little, I guess.

Still, I was surprised. He used to peek around the crib, looking out the door, waiting for Murphy to come into his room. They were buds. I thought he'd notice that the dog was gone. Although, maybe he did and I was too grief-stricken at that point to really pick up on it.
