I've really enjoyed the NY episodes (DVRs last night), the problem was trying to keep the Glee club involved. That killed the show.

They would have been great if they just gave up the Glee club and did solely NY last season. They waited too long, no doubt due to Fox talking about how much song/iTunes revenue they made.
