He's going to be indicted any day now. DC has made such progress the residents didn't want another scandal. Problem is, Bowser is terrible.

Basically it came down to how can they get Gray out. Bowser was the only one who stood a shot, despite Wells being the beast option BY FAR. Here's the game that went on: Bowser leads Catania in the general election, while Catania leads Gray. But do you even want Gray to get the chance to win?
