That's definitely on the cards - in the books, the Purple Wedding takes place about 10 chapters after the Red Wedding. There just isn't enough material to not have it.
But there's a bunch of Kings Landing stuff from the beginning of Storm of Swords that was left out of S3 - like the Dornish - and it will take a few episodes of S4 to set those up.
So I'm thinking mid-way through the season.
