Everyone tried to find the mole who leaked the location. Eventually Reddington found two people were mostly to blame. He killed them both. One of them was Diane Fowler, the Head of the Justice Department. Liz and her husband eventually back out of adopting a kid. it looks like her husband is having an affair, or about to have one. But she's someone who works for the same people he does. Reddington was right about him, and Liz finds out about it. But she's pretending to him that she doesn't know. Before she found out Reddington hired Lance Reddick to find the woman from Liz's husband's group. He found her in Liz's husband's base of operations, and was captured by them. Eventually Liz's husband kills them both, which is what lead to him being found out by Liz. Liz and her husband renew their vows. This brings his brother to town, who turns out to just be another agent. Liz, Reddington, and Red's right hand man question him in his hotel room. But before getting many answers he jumps out the window to his presumed death. I think that's most of the big stuff.
