Gotta say I like the Samsung interface. I'm fine with the Galaxy S3 right now. But come upgrade time...

I may do as Krusty said and get a Note instead. Go for size rather than features.

I don't feel like it's missing anything. I have multiple apps going with GPS on and there's rarely any lag.
