I went to the gym on Monday, and again yesterday - it's been a while since I had last been. Today one of my knees started popping when i walk up the

stairs. My knees always make some sort of noise, but this is LOUD, to the point where I'm not walking up the stairs during nap time because I'm afraid I might wake him up.

Nothing hurts, it's just a really loud pop. It's probably okay(ish) if there's no pain...right?
