no system is perfect out of the box. This has seemingly done a helluva lot to get things right within the proper time frame.
90 seconds a call? 2minutes a review? So what, the managers would be arguing for just as long impacting nothing.
And the call the other night where Bochy had used his challenge...that's incorrect managing...not a flaw in the system. No one wants unlimited reviews.
