So you can enroll in the healthcare marketplace outside of open enrollment if you have a "qualifying life event."

What are the odds that quitting your job is a qualifying life event? (Asking for a friend.) (Not really, I'm just curious.)

Apparently to find out, you just start applying for healthcare and see what happens. (www.healthcare.gov)
