They are and I'm relatively happy with their site. There isn't one good train app for Android phones. Apple keeps buying them and taking them off

Android. I have to rely on the MTA site which doesn't have a live timetable.
Tourists I have to help all the time on weekends and I'm very willing to help since it's such a mess sometimes. I'd hate to waste an hour of my vacation riding a train in the wrong direction.
