And I've been in the situation of "well, my place isn't ready until the 1st, so I need to stay an extra day" enough that I'd rather not even chance it.

They tenants know the place is being sold. I know it seems mean, but I'm not going to put my things in storage and camp out until they decide it's nice for them to leave.

I also need time BEFORE July 1st to get the smoke and dog smell out of the house.. that's not going to be easy or pleasant and will make it a tight timeline even if they are out on the 15th.
