Newspaper delivery guy just went insane in front of the house.

Woke up to a beeping horn but it stopped so I figured it was a car alarm. Then I start to hear yelling so I get up and look out the window and there's a car in the middle of the road with newspapers strewn all over the place. The guy isn't yelling anymore but he's just walking around the car so I'm watching him thinking maybe he will just start picking up the papers.
Someone must have called the cops because they show up and the guy gets agitated again. He keeps talking about a Bruce Springsteen concert. The cop is very patient calming him down saying he wants to help and convinces the guy to go over to the cop car saying he can call someone from there like his manager at work or whoever.
When the guy is standing at the cop car he pauses and it seems like he realizes that he's about to be put in the back of the cop car and he freaks out. The cop and his partner then have to wrestle the guy to the ground in our front yard and then they handcuff him. They calm him down and then are able to get him into the back of the car.
