So a couple of thoughts on my new job

The company I work for is brand new to the area. They have been in business for 20 years but they are based in Minnesota. There are only currently about 20 employees. There were 16 in my training class but they are all temp hires except for me. Im the only one that's actually getting paid and benefits from the company. And im pretty sure im the oldest that works there. Not including a few of the temp agency hires who started when I did.
