I know I can't be the first one to mention this. But all I keep thinking about at the end is if this was a huge real life crisis of that proportion the entire Avengers would be helping out.
It's hard to keep the stand alones with that thought in the back of your mind.
The entire world is at risk but we can't use Ironman because he's rescuing a kitten out of a tree. Hulk is chasing a shoplifter. And the Arrow guy doesn't do shit anyway so he would probably make it worse.
