Never ceases to amaze me: every time I'm out, whether sick or on vacation, work goes haywire.

They lose their minds and make dumb decisions all over the place and I end up spending a few days cleaning up the mess. Why can't they just chill out until I'm back instead of overreacting and making decisions that don't need to be made?
