yep. Avengers 2 is Age of Ultron. so no Guardians there...

they are expanding on who has what Infinity Gems...
(Loki's staff may be powered by one)...
my speculation is that Guardians 2 (if there is one) will expose more of Thanos's mad quest to go after earth and StarLord will race to earth to warn it...
might we see some of that in Thor 3 (if there is one) or in the Dr. Strange movie (maybe)....
