because if I give him a 4, people will be like, oh it's because they're friends, but also in part because charlie has been a 3 this year. I have sixteen factors I rank 1-5, and then I weight, multiply, average. you get it. dude is a 3.

so alana did charlie's review last year. and she gave him a 4. maybe he was a 4 last year; I don't know. but charlie came to me and said, what's different this year? what did I do worse?

he didn't do anything worse. alana is just a marshmallow about staff evals. so charllie is trying to bully me into giving him a 4.

which sucks, because we're friends. you know??
