we seriously have admin assts making $50k per year who don't know how to schedule a meeting in outlook. in the "salad days" when raises were tied to
|
performance, they would get 4s and 5s from their admin support coord (note: not the person they support; the coordinator of admins for their unit; usu friends of all of the admins) and get 8% raises.
so probably 50% of our admins who have been here for more than five years schedule meetings (I'm not joking) using doodle polls and phone calls.
