why would cersei have bronn married off instead of just killing him? he's the one dude loyal to tyrion and a physical force should it come down to trial by combat. no way in hell she would have let him live. way too easy to get shae to claim she overheard tyrion, bronn and sansa conspiring. and more believable, really.
