Well, he's a very larger than life kinda character for one. He played balls to the wall from Day 1 (spoils)

he said from the get go that nothing he did would be personal, all as a way to get farther in the game. He said he'd lie about anything and swear on anything if it got him to the end.
Several times he swore on his wife and baby when making deals with people. And he broke every one of those promises.
So apparently, the rest of the cast was trying to figure out whether or not he even had a wife and baby.
He does.
