I'll admit I skimmed it, but did the therapists make the calls to the police? I thought just the parents did.

And no I'm not suggesting it's a fail because they couldn't 'cure' him. If they didn't notify authorities, huge fail.
Again I didn't fully read, so they may have, but it only seemed that the parents did.
