Do you know when you plans to tell her family? If not, find out. And it is soon? Like VERY soon?

You have no duty to keep her secret. for an extended period of time. The least she owes you right now is to relieve the burden of hiding her secret.

Because, again, you did nothing wrong. You are a victim here. And you don't need to be her hero.
