It becomes a question or pros and cons. Are the pros (more poorer people insured) a worthy benefit versus the cons (variable, and based on view/approach)
Opinions will vary forever I am sure
(Some people still think Medicare and Social Security are horrible programs that should be abolished so we will never have unanimity)
