I would guess too that exhibitors could have gotten two shows of mal in (7-1130pm) and only one of longer movies. that 7pm start is a big deal I think -- nm

I honestly don't think so. If you look at Roger More's chart, I see no real correlation between 7pm shows, and lower weekend totals comparatively.
