my friend the rose is a LMP (massage therapist) who does mostly medical referral insurance (post accident etc) and its a nightmare...

and every time she hires someone, either a service or someone she thinksshe can train, they screw it up and then she has to spend a month of weekends working to get a 3 to six month backlog squared away
and basically its the same forms same info for 20-30 clients a week/month how hard could it be, between 2 or 3 insurance cos
