the seller should have given the money back if the buyer was not happy with the purse

that is just good business - she could have resold it.

it would have avoided all the mess

BUT Pay Pal screwed her royally - either the seller needed the money OR the purse - not just well sorry you are out of both. They will run off sellers in hordes if they continue that practice.

paypal terms have been screwing sellers since day 1. at one time, instead of withdrawing the $1200+, they would freeze your whole account. no matter - peglegpete Mar 8, 15:30
