see the neighborhood - I LOVE how it sits on the street with shrubs and trees surrounding it - very private ... plus - the kitchen is just right sized where you can cook in it fine - but won't have crowds of people hanging out in there if you have a party. (we know you don't cook - so this is good right?)

only thing I'd wonder about is oil heating - is it expensive? still - small space - one level - can't get too cold I suppose?
