I am sorry. I do not intentionally look for your posts to berate them. I will be more conscience of this in the future. Yes I looked at the house thru my eyes, and should have used yours. To me, 1500 sq. feet is a good minimum size, I feel crampt in smaller homes.

The house is charming. I love the beams coming out of the ceiling and most of the colors the owner used. The yard is nice, and so are the kitchen and bedrooms. The only real critical point I have with the house, is the toilet looks too close to the wall in the 1/2 bath. You are on a hill, so flooding is not really a problem. It's a very nice house.
