and she gets to be real bitchy about not giving allowances or being worked by buyers.

She figures we will put on market Tues and will collect offers til Sunday. She figures we will easily have 15-20 competing offers by sunday and we take the best. She will do open house Sat and Sun.

The we take best offer Sunday. Cash is king obviously. But she said could go from 5 to 15K over asking depending. The house is really nice and has great features and is in the PRIME location for Toyota and Dallas Cowboy HQ relocation soooo

Hope shes right and bonus ..she drives an A7 :P
