I was in accident on Saturday.
Guy ran a red light and hit my car. Destroyed my car and I went to the hospital.
Guy left a name, address and phone #, with the police, didn't have his insurance card
Just called my insurance company...they tracked the guy down...it wasn't his car and he isn't insured.
Can I sue him and take a settlement from my insurance company?
Or is it one or the other?...anyone been through something similar? Am I just royally screwed?
Any advice would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
