to borrow some from the state and tacoma, most of them are strobing the hell out of area. The young woman was in cuffs with a bunch of uniforms standing around but they took them off her. I don't see the guys anyway but i can't see in the cars. oh well, it this was CA there'd be a couple helicopters circling too.
