my childhood house - 630 East Mitchell St - Petoskey - if you rotate the view - you'll see the street goes downhill into the middle of town

we moved in during a very bad snow storm - had all of Christmas vacation off - plus 2 weeks for "snow days" - the van couldn't make it to our house to deliver the furniture because of the road conditions ... we we sort of camped without stuff for a while

the big house on the left was the Chief of Police' home - Ernie Kraus - and his daughter was my older sister's age and they regularly got into trouble so that by the time I was in my teens - by comparison - I was an angel. :)
