My father built the huge 2.5 car garage and the second driveway next to the old one. They are so long you could fit 6 cars into it back in the 70s.
Today it would probably hold 8.
The house is less than 900sqft and has a finished basement, but the ceiling in the basement is barely 6ft high.
I can't imagine anyone paying $90K for it. We sold it for around $30K in 1978, and that was 3 times what my parents paid for it 13 years earlier.
