Stupid TAR question, can the teams speed when they drive?

Some of the driving can be 7-10 hours long and I get the impression you could get a decent lead if you speed. I'm just curious if speeding is against the rules since teams don't seem to do it.

In previous seasons, teams have suffered a time penalty for speeding, but AFAIK it's not enforced very rigourously - Alan More Mar 9, 10:30 6
