if I remember right, all the speeding penalties were after the teams were caught speeding by local cops. -- nm

That may be true. There's a specific example I'm thinking of from an early season, but I can't find anything on it so it might just be my hazy memory -- nm - Alan More Mar 9, 10:39 3
- OK - this is what I;m thinking of - in TAR 2, teams were driving in Namibia and advised to travel 20kmh under the speed limit for safety - Alan More Mar 9, 10:44
