There are some really easy ways to cook for one and it's delicious and healthy.

For example I would bake 3 chicken breasts so I only used the oven once. 3 breasts on 325 for 45 minutes.

Night one, I have chicken breast with fettuccine noodles and a fruit or salad.


Night two heat the chicken breast and eat with some rice and a vegi.

Night three, chop up the last chicken breast throw it over some raw baby spinach (just buy already to go in a bag), some grape tomatoes (easy because you wash and don't have to cut) and any other salad things you like.


Three meals very easy to make.

I used tricks like that to make meals tasty and easy.
