Only two things were needing looked at immediately:

Cable coax box is in such mangled shape, it likely won't work when I get my internet kit from fucking Comcast.

And the A/C vent in the bedroom was painted closed.

There generally is paint *everywhere* which I noted. Countertops, walls, ceilings... all the baseboards and outlets and switches. It looks like someone carted in a pressure washer filled with paint.

Of course there's bugs. All but a few are dead. They spray like weekly if I tell them I want them to, so that's cool.

I'll officially be moving in Wednesday.

  - They look like they are supposed to be spaced apart. Every breaker box I normally see they have slots where they go with space between. - Qale Jun 23, 11:14 2
    - electrical work, esp breaker boxes are inspected (in texas?) so I wouldn't worry about it, take photos - zuitgusto Jun 23, 11:21 1
