electrical work, esp breaker boxes are inspected (in texas?) so I wouldn't worry about it, take photos

some apartment management are real assholes on move outs, literally running white gloves on top of refers, over head molding around the doors and charging you $50 for cleaning if they are dusty, of course they don't bother cleaning, my friend rose hired the same cleaning co as the one the place used and had a friend from a law office (she was a clerk but introduced herself as 'from blah blah law office) and they didn't hassle her
but yeah note and photo any crack window, wall, stain as they will come back to haunt you
