Oh we did. We went CSI on the place for like almost three hours this morning. It really doesn't seem like a bad place to live.

Management has been in place for just over 1 year which may or may not be a good sign.
I see a lot of evidence of families and long-time residents which is always a good sign.
They really want me to report if I see heavy traffic coming in/out of an apartment which is good.
One of the big negatives is their trash pick up situation. They have insanely far too many units and need more frequent pick ups.
I think this will probably work out, and could quite possibly be awesome.
