it literally and I mean LITERALLY depends on who is behind the gate, behind the podium, etc etc. There is certainly no consistency
I feel no remorse about anyones bags making it onto the plane - big or BIGGER because the airlines wanted to charge for checked bags, what did they think would happen?
its so damn random - sometimes bags are an issue and sometimes they aren't. ugh
