it is exact (to the min) and time is keept track of by TWO sidelige officials who give it yo the REF who then DECIDES...it is just not shown on any signs and announds untill the last min. of each half (and shown only as min extra no sec shown) and time wastend and added in "injury time" is not shown
so it is keeps pirry stiff time on it, but it is up to the ref to decide as many other things in football....you as viewer or player don't know EXACTLY though.
