LIR--HSX update

Hi � thanks for writing in to HSX Support regarding the technical problems we are encountering. Because of the volume of emails we�ve received I�ve written this general response that I�m sending to everyone who has written in.

We started seeing problems with some portions of the site late Friday, mostly with the Ticker Talk boards. Since then the problem has worsened to include all data base functions including Trading. We�ve got our technicians working to locate the problem now. If, as I suspect, the problem is hardware related we will have to bring the site down for a period of time.

Since we are unable to update our site or communicate with you through the Ticker Talk boards it will be a struggle to keep you informed of how things are going. Your patience will be appreciated while we investigate and resolve these problems.
