And I think their CEO screwed up royally recently when he (publicly) said that some of the problems are due to poor training of employees who worked for UA pre-merger (the CEO is from Continental). Employee morale was already shit before that statement.

Maybe Dulles needs a change in purpose or adjustment in flights, but it is not what is driving UA's issues.
