with a proper tilt of the head than I did this morning but I gotta say it really worked immediately. My nose stopped running. Sneezing this morning was minimal and I have not taken an allergy pill.

We are just at the beginning of the season here in NC. But so far, so good.

For those interested I bought a kit called Sinucleanse.
