Bird 1, Livestock 1 then Air 2, Water 2 then the Transmission between the 2 so you can get on planes and ships well. De-evolve all symptoms. Then the upgrade to make it more effective in Wealthy nations. Then wait until everyone is infected then - hit them with the symptom tree you mentioned.

I'm on the next one.

I'm thinking this generally is the way to solve all levels: work on infection, de-evolve symptoms, infect everyone then go in for the kill.
