everyone wants to say a name other than Kershaw when picking Cy Young, because he is the obvious choice. Any moron can say that.

Harper's splits vs RHP are pretty damn impressive, so projecting that over a full season would have led to a monster season. Who knows what he would have done without getting hurt.
