I have a workbook with two tabs, one lists all agencies, the second tab lists only those agencies with an on-site review.

what I wanted to do is link the staff name from tab 2 automatically to tab 1 (the reason is that the staffing hasnt been assigned for tab 2 yet, and I wanted to make it easier to complete tab 1).

tab 1 has 400 rows, tab 2 only has 90 (ie, not everyone is on tab 2) so I have to lookup this based on the organization name i would assume.
