I never expected to see gay marriage in any state in my lifetime. Massachusetts stunned me, but even then I figured it would be a few of those nasty liberal states that did it and that's all.
The onslaught has amazed me

Yeah, I think they know they've lost. Which is why you're seeing all these "don't persecute me!" articles from those who opposed gay marriage. -- nm
