In a bit of a bind.

I just started at a great new job, respected company. Less than 1 month.
I find out they have a sudden opening, and referred my boyfriend. Although I didn't tell anyone that he's my boyfriend, just a friend.
This is his DREAM job by all means. And he'll get paid 4-5x more than he does now. This position is all that he's ever worked for.
They offered him the position today!
But then I find out that the boss, who did the first interview, is highly against hiring couples.
We would be working in different cities (1.5 hours flight from each other), so I'm wondering if we should keep quiet or make the disclosure, knowing his offer could be recinded.

Keep it between you two. If they didn't ask and he didn't lie, he's fine. He doesn't need to offer that information on his own. -- nm
