Ok...Ebay help needed. Bought an item late last week. The seller was questionable to me and I probably shouldn't have bought from them...

I've received no contact from them and today the item is removed from Ebay and the person is no longer a registered Ebay user.

Do I hit Ebay's resolution center now, or wait to see if perhaps I get my item?

I'm thinking now...but I don't want to be a douchebag.
